She provides loving guidance and support on people’s spiritual journey of healing, transformation and growth, by sharing her Earth based spiritual practices, resources, learnings and experiences.
She empowers and encourages people by creating trust and intimacy with each other and nature. With nature as guide and teacher, people reawaken their soul’s longing to reconnect to the natural world. Earth based spiritual practices open them to create an intimate deep connection and relationship with nature where they feel a sense of belonging, and where they are free to be their true self.
Teresa's mission is to inspire and support people in reconnecting with nature and nurturing their soul, so they can see their own brilliance and heal themselves and help heal our Earth.
Teresa is passionate about exploring and being in nature and she is an avid traveler and seeker of wisdom. She has studied and experienced ceremonies with many different indigenous wisdom traditions, from Toltec, Aztec, Mayan, Andean and Lakota. She shares her travels and explorations in nature, spiritual journeys and experiences, and soul connection stories.
She lives in California, in the Central Valley, halfway between her place of birth in the majestic Redwoods close to the Pacific Ocean, and her beloved Yosemite.
